Dates for abstracts and papers
Abstracts, Papers and Presentation submission schedule:
- Abstract Submission Deadline: March 30th, 2026

- Full Paper Submission: June 30th, 2026

- Submission of paper’s final version: August 15th, 2026
- Submission of presentation of the paper: September 15th, 2026

To ensure a consistent editorial process and high-quality Proceedings, all submitted papers should adhere to the following standards:
- Editable file format: papers should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) or an equivalent editable format, following the official paper template provided above.
- Language: all papers should be written in American English.
- Bibliography format – IEEE Style: a short guide is available here, and the complete IEEE style guide is available here.
Submit TRIZfest-2026 publication
If, due to technical limitations, it is not possible to submit the abstract, full article, or presentation through the platform, the materials should be sent via email to articles@matriz.org
Submission Terms & Agreement
By submitting an abstract, paper, or presentation (hereafter “submitted materials”) for TRIZfest-2025, the author(s) automatically agree to the following terms:
- Public Availability and Licensing:
The author(s) grant the TRIZfest-2025 Organizers a non-exclusive, irrevocable license to publish their full name(s), surname(s), and the entirety of the submitted materials under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0). This includes:- Presentation of the work during the TRIZfest-2025 conference.
- Publication in the official conference proceedings, which will be publicly distributed in digital and/or print formats.
- Author Responsibility:
The Organizers of TRIZfest-2025 assume no responsibility for the content, accuracy, legality, or originality of submitted materials. The author(s) retain full responsibility for:- Ensuring the work does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, patents).
- Verifying the factual and ethical integrity of the content.
- Obtaining permissions for any third-party materials (e.g., images, data) included in their submission.
- Rights and Permissions:
By submitting materials, the author(s) confirm they hold the necessary rights to grant the above license and that the work:- Is original or properly licensed for reuse/adaptation.
- Does not violate confidentiality agreements or legal obligations.
- Complies with all applicable laws and ethical standards.
Submission of materials constitutes explicit acceptance of these terms.
