TRIZfest 2026: New Online Segment for the International TRIZ Community
We are pleased to announce an important addition to the TRIZfest 2026 programme: a dedicated online segment for the international TRIZ community.
This online component was not originally planned for this year’s TRIZfest. However, we have decided to introduce it to make participation in the conference more accessible to members of the TRIZ community who, for various reasons, may not be able to travel to China and attend the regular conference sessions in person.
The online segment will not be a livestream or recording of the sessions taking place at the conference venue. Instead, it will be a separate programme of online sessions, with presenters and participants joining remotely from different countries. We are planning presentations by authors of selected papers submitted to TRIZfest 2026, contributions from international TRIZ specialists, and other interesting content prepared specifically for the online audience.
The sessions will therefore provide an opportunity not only to listen to presentations, but also to participate in the TRIZfest programme remotely.
Timing
The online sessions will take place during the actual TRIZfest 2026 event, on:
14, 15, 17 and 18 October 2026
Each session is expected to last approximately 2–3 hours.
The sessions will be scheduled in the evening hours in China, making them more accessible to participants from Europe and Central Asia, while still allowing members of the international TRIZ community in other regions to join.
Free participation
Participation in the online segment will be completely free of charge.
We see this initiative as an additional way of keeping TRIZfest open and connected to the international TRIZ community. While we strongly believe that there is no substitute for meeting colleagues in person, we hope that the online segment will allow many more people to participate, share their knowledge and stay connected with the TRIZfest community.
Further information, including the detailed schedule, registration procedure and list of online presentations, will be announced in the coming days.
We look forward to connecting with the TRIZ community both in China and online!
